INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEER TEACHING IN INDIA, NEPAL OR MONGOLIA THIS SUMMER?

CU-ELST is an organisation that sends volunteers to teach English in Tibetan and Buddhist communities. It’s a great way to make a difference whilst exploring a very interesting part of the world and immersing yourself in a completely different culture. CU-ELST gives teaching and travel advice and subsidises your costs, while giving you the flexibility to choose where and when to volunteer.

To find out more, come to our presentation evening, where this summer’s volunteers will be reflecting on their experiences. The presentations will be followed by refreshments and the opportunity to chat to the committee and past volunteers.

A. Malaysian Food Feast Volunteers

We’re proud to announce we’ll have the Malaysian Food Feast on the 18th of November! We’ll send more details on this in the future. However, we do need volunteers to help with the cooking, transporting food and serving on the day itself.

If you would like help volunteer for the event, please register here: http://bit.ly/mffVol2012.This will be a fun opportunity to cook Malaysian food, meet new people, have loads and loads of fun, and wash dishes! As a bonus, you get to eat for free 🙂 More details will be sent to volunteers closer to the event.
