If you would like help volunteer for the event, please register here: http://bit.ly/mffVol2012.This will be a fun opportunity to cook Malaysian food, meet new people, have loads and loads of fun, and wash dishes! As a bonus, you get to eat for free 🙂 More details will be sent to volunteers closer to the event.

3. Malaysian Night Scriptwriting Recruitment

Every year, CUMaS produces a play for our Malaysian Night. We are now looking for CUMaS members interested in helping write a script for the play. If you are interested in acting, dancing or back-stage production, keep an eye out for e-mails in the future.

Scriptwriting: The director, Tan Jiann Meng, is looking for people to help write an original script for the play. The scriptwriting team would probably meet up about once a week in Michaelmas to discuss the script. Please send an email to jmt70@cam.ac.uk if you are interested.

4. World Food Festival Volunteers

We also need volunteers for to help with the CUMaS stall at the iCUSU World Food Festival (3rd November). This event is separate from the Malaysian Food Feast. We are planning to make a few dishes, which shouldn’t cost over £2 per serving. If you are interested in volunteering to cook a dish (or more), please send an email to welfare@cumas.org.Why not grab a few friends and prepare the dishes together?

Note the dishes do not have to be finalised yet, so do sign up if you’re interested but have not yet decided on what to cook, or if you simply wish to help cook!
