1. Cambridge vs Oxford Student Debate 2011
Hey guys, hope summer break has been great so far! It’s time for the annual Oxbridge Student Debate again! This year, we will be organising it in Sunway University on 20th August, 8am – 11am.
More information will be up when the date draws nearer but we would really need all your support for our team!
For those of you who are back in Malaysia, do sign up at the link below to either be volunteers, participants (debaters) or supporters 🙂
Also, on the same day, Sunway University students will be joining us for the Oxbridge debate (as audience) and we will be having a College Talk for them (refer below for further details). So for those of you who are available, we would really appreciate if you could join us in giving the talk for the Sunway students!

2. Giving Talks in Colleges in Malaysia
Dates for the College Talks have been confirmed!
We will be heading down to the following colleges to speak to them about Cambridge life and provide more information about application process etc. :
College Talk
HELP – 11th August (around 2-4pm)
Taylors University – 15th August (around 2-4pm)
Sunway University – 20th August
We need as many volunteers as possible, so do fill up the following form if you are available during these dates!
You would not need to volunteer for all the colleges above, just indicate whichever colleges that you can help out with, and that’d be most helpful! 🙂
3. CUMaS’ Freshers Banquet
One of our favourite summer events – CUMaS’ Fresher’s Banquet will be held this year on 27th August at Doubletree by Hilton! I’m sure all of you are excited to meet and welcome our new batch of freshers! They are all excited to meet you too~

*50 seats available. Priority will be given to freshers and their CUMaS parents.
